Description
Apple-flavoured fibre by Krüger from the NATURALNIE! line is a dietary supplement which has been prepared for people who care about a proper diet and want to easily provide themselves with fibre.
Apple Cider Fiber contains high content of fiber in the product.
Additional information
Fiber is a tasty powder with aromatic apple flavor, which can be consumed in many ways. We recommend taking it in the morning, on an empty stomach, about 30 minutes before eating, with at least 1 glass of drink.
Eat it the way you like it best - you can add it to yogurt or cereal or, if you prefer, to water or juice. There is no problem to use it also in other dishes, e.g. as a dough topping when you prepare baked goods, fry pancakes or cakes.
You can also consume it dry, drinking plenty of water.
Recommended
12 - 36 g per day, 2 - 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. Start with a smaller amount (1 teaspoon 3 times a day) and after 2 - 3 days gradually increase the amount to give the intestines and stomach time to adapt.
Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Take care of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Storage
Keep in a dry place, in a closed container out of reach of small children.
Preparation and use
pour 1 - 3 teaspoons of the preparation into a glass. Slowly fill (the glass) with at least 150 ml of lukewarm water. Stir with a spoon, checking for lumps and consume immediately after preparation. The preparation can also be consumed dry or added e.g. to yogurt or juice.
