Dolgit - warming plaster, 1 pc.
A warming plaster for tense and painful areas (neck, shoulders, back), rheumatic pains and neuralgia. Thanks to its properties it relaxes deep parts of muscles bringing them pain relief.
After opening the Dolgit warming plaster, an exothermic reaction occurs due to the oxidation of powdered iron. This process takes 12 hours and the heat of the product reaches 50°C. This is the optimum temperature, providing warmth that brings relaxation to tense, aching muscles. The patch has a pinpoint effect, increasing local blood circulation and reducing the feeling of pain. The patch can be used alone or in combination with oral pain medications.
Indications:
The medical device is indicated for topical use, for muscle pain, joint pain, sacro-lumbar pain, rheumatic pain, as well as neuralgia.
Composition
Iron powder, water, sodium salt, charcoal.
Directions for use
The patch should be applied to clean, dry, degreased skin. Remove the patch from the packaging immediately before use. Remove the tape securing the adhesive surface of the plaster and place the plaster on the site of pain or, in case of persons with low tolerance to temperature (including elderly persons), apply the plaster on cotton underwear adjacent to the body. The patch warms up gradually and the duration of application should be selected individually to ensure the best therapeutic effect. The patch is disposable and intended for external use only.
It is important not to use the patch in the same place for too long. If necessary, another patch can be applied only after 24 hours.
Special care must be taken when combining the patch therapy with oral pain medication as the latter reduces the sensation of pain. It is therefore advisable to apply the plaster only on cotton underwear. If intense sweating occurs, the patch should be removed immediately.
