Per serving recommended for consumption during the day: hawthorn fruit (Crataegus oxyacantha), chokeberry fruit (Aronia melanocarpa), wild rose fruit, chamomile basket, peppermint leaf, lemon balm leaf, hibiscus, nettle leaf, hawthorn inflorescence (Crataegus laevigata), field horsetail herb (Equisetum arvense), aroma, elderflower, dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale).
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Place the bag in a cup, pour boiling water, cover the cup. It should be brewed for 8-10 minutes. Product can not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
