Unrefined pumpkin seed oil is a valuable source of vitamins A, E, B1, B2, C and H, and minerals such as iron, iodine, potassium, magnesium, zinc, sodium, phosphorus and calcium. It has as much as 47.8% of polyunsaturated acids, mainly omega 6.

Alkaloids contained in the oil damage the nervous system of digestive tract parasites (tapeworm, roundworm, pinworm) and accelerate their excretion by the body, without irritating the gastric mucosa.

Thanks to the content of phytosterols, the product is useful in the treatment and prevention of urinary tract diseases, prostate and prostatic hypertrophy. Regular consumption strengthens the body's immunity and combats anxiety and depression.

It is recommended to use the oil during infections of the upper respiratory tract. It is also helpful in skin allergies and burns. It regulates the functioning of blood vessels and prevents atherosclerosis (it lowers the level of bad cholesterol).
