The concept of organic honey came into existence with the emergence of other products referred to by this name. These products come from organic apiaries, where no chemicals are allowed to be used to control bee diseases. What's more, beekeepers are not allowed to set up hives near so-called "industrial" fruit tree plantations. and the hives must be made of natural building material such as wood, straw or clay.

All bee products, especially organic products are a chance to reduce the tendency to allergies and sensitivities, improve the condition of the body, develop natural immunity to fight colds.

There are 4 types of organic honey in 300 g: multifloral, lime, acacia and honeydew.

Honeydew honey is a bee product containing honeydew from deciduous and coniferous trees. It can be gray-green, brown or even black in color, which depends on the species of trees from which the honeydew is extracted. It crystallizes quite slowly, taking on a lumpy form. It has a slightly spicy aroma, and its taste is mild and not very sweet. Honeydew honey from conifers has an anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and expectorant effect; it has antibiotic properties.

It contains more active substances than nectar honeys, including biologically active iron. It is used in diseases of the upper respiratory tract and in lowered immunity. It also supports the treatment of rheumatic, skin and nervous system diseases. Honeydew leaf honey has similar effects, but due to its diuretic effect it is better suited for the treatment of urinary tract and rheumatic diseases. It also has a diastolic effect, so it is sometimes recommended for diseases of the bile ducts, liver and intestines.
