New WINIARY transparent jelly has a unique grape taste and an original, transparent form which will easily change your favourite desserts. You can use it both as an addition to cakes, but also serve it as an independent dessert, accompanied by your favourite fruit. The effect will deliciously surprise you every time - not only in appearance, but also in taste.

sugar, pork gelatin, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavor

Store in a dry and cool place.
Directions for preparation

Boil 500 ml of water. Pour the contents of the pack into the hot water and stir until completely dissolved. Do not boil. Pour the cooled jelly into goblets and leave in the fridge to set. You can decorate the jelly with fresh fruit.
You can also prepare "levitating fruit"
Arrange fruits in glasses, pour half of the jelly, set aside to set. Arrange a second layer of fruit and top with the remaining jelly, leave to set.
Good to know
During hot weather, to make cubed jelly, use less water (about 400 ml). Remember that fresh kiwi and pineapple fruit cause the jelly not to set.

Recipe
Boil 0,5 l of water. Dissolve transparent grape jelly Winiary in hot water, leave to cool. Prepare the molds and fill them with fruit. Pour cold jelly, put in the fridge until completely set. Put the molds for a few seconds in hot water until the jelly starts to come away from the edges. To remove, invert the molds over a plate.
