In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason

The period of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the day on which you acquire possession of the goods or when a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the goods

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Polka Health & Beauty, 2721 East Allegheny Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19134) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail to: reklamacje@polka-hebe.com)

You may use the MODEL withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs associated with sending the goods to the address indicated, without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in which case you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first

Please send back or hand over the item to us immediately and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the object before the period of 14 days has expired

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item

You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from the use of the item other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item

In accordance with applicable law, we will be liable to you under the terms of U.S. law for physical and legal defects.

You may use the MODEL COMPLAINT FORM, but this is not obligatory.

After discovering a defect, you have the right to
: a) make a statement on demand to reduce the price;
b) make a statement on withdrawal from the contract, but not when the defect is insignificant;
c) demand to replace the item with a defect-free

We will respond to your statement or request within 14 days

You are obliged to deliver the defective item at our expense to the address (Polka Health & Beauty, 2721 East Allegheny Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19134) and if delivering the item by you would be excessively difficult (e.g. due to the type of item or the way it is installed) you are obliged to make the item available to us at the place where it is located

The cost of replacement or repair is borne by Polka Health & Beauty, except if the defective item has been installed. In this case, you are obliged to bear part of the related costs in excess of the price of the thing. Alternatively, you have the right to require us to pay part of the costs of disassembly and reassembly, but up to the price of the thing sold

Liability for legal defects is essentially the same, with the time for filing a claim running from the moment you become aware of the defect and the limitation periods running from the final judgment on the item affected by the legal defect

Warranty issues are extremely complex, and we encourage you to read the provisions of U.S. law that accurately and clearly describe your rights. Our store is lawful and respectful of consumer rights, so the legal information you find there will also apply to your contract with us
