dried nettle leaves, cut (Urtica dioica folium) 100%
Directions for use
pour a glass (200 ml) of boiling water over 2 tablespoons (about 2 g) of the product and steep covered for about 15 minutes. The product should not be consumed by people with hypersensitivity to nettle leaves. Beneficial effects occur when the infusion (200 ml) is consumed twice a day, which corresponds to about 4 g of nettle leaves.
