Botanical garden pollen is an extremely valuable product obtained by bees. It is a source of macro and microelements such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, manganese, as well as copper and selenium. It is a natural source of antioxidant compounds, stimulates the immune system, supports the proper functioning of the heart and blood vessels, and enhances appetite.

Pollen is recommended as a component of a healthy balanced diet.

Directions for use:

pour 2-3 teaspoons into 1/3 cup of boiled, cooled water and set aside for several hours.

Pollen in this form is recommended to take 2 times a day, in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before bed.

The treatment should last 1-2 months. Preferably in spring and autumn.

Avoid adding to liquids with temperatures above 45°C

Product from Polish apiaries. Pollen is collected within and close to the Podlasie Botanical Garden, mainly from herbaceous plants.
