Bingospa - Peat salt for baths and compresses, capacity 1350 g

Peat is a part of peat. It is an organic mass formed from plants as a result of humification processes (decay) under the influence of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in an environment rich in water.

Low bog is the most common and occurs in 89% of peat bogs in Poland. It is formed in places after lakes, in overgrown river beds, from plants requiring large amounts of mineral salts. The mineral content may reach up to 50% of dry matter. For medicinal purposes, however, peat is suitable which does not contain more than 25% of mineral components. Due to the high content of alkaline metals in combination with humic acids and the resulting alkaline reaction, there are conditions conducive to the development of microorganisms. This promotes faster decomposition of peat-forming plants and the release of proteins, sugars, pectins, alkaloids, resins and waxes from these plants. The high degree of decomposition of low peat increases its therapeutic value.

Chemical composition of the peat

  • organic components - incompletely decomposed plant components, e.g. lignin, cellulose, bitumins (waxes, resins, asphalts, fats),
  • humic acids - fulvic acids, humic acids, amino acids. Humic acids cause:

- inhibiting the activity of hyaluronidase and other enzymes,

- stimulating granulocyte function,

- binding oligosaccharides on the cell surface,

- stimulating smooth muscle,

- dilating blood vessels,

- forming complex combinations with various compounds,

- inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, sorption and ion exchange with other metal ions.

  • biologically active substances of hormonal type. Hormonal action of mud, is to stimulate the secretion of ovarian, adrenal and pituitary hormones and the direct action of estrogenic bodies present in the mud,
  • enzymes, antibiotics and microbiological components
  • inorganic ingredients - mineral salts, i.e. sulphates of magnesium, potassium, aluminium, sodium, iron, silicon and calcium compounds.

Mud salt BingoSpa uses a mud extract, which guarantees maximum isolation of all active substances from the mud while maintaining its therapeutic properties. Mud extract is the "essence" of what is most valuable and valuable in mud.

Bathing in the mud salt BingoSpa can be used:

- in general body care treatments,
