Its grains are rich in unsaturated fats, the consumption of which contributes to lowering the level of cholesterol in blood. Curry is a mixture of spices, where we can find, first of all, turmeric, thanks to which the immunity of the whole organism increases, the digestion process is regulated and the sugar metabolism functions.

Method of preparation

Pour the quinoa into 500 ml of cold water and mix thoroughly. Cook for 15 minutes until boiling. Enjoy!
