Smoothie is characterized by high content of vitamin C, so it supports immunity and neutralization of free radicals. Thanks to the content of fiber, it supports the work of the digestive system.

Method of preparation

Pour the mixture into 180 ml of cold water or plant milk and mix more thoroughly. The mixture is also great as an addition to oatmeal or vegetable protein, blended into a post-workout shake.
