The concept of organic honey came into existence with the emergence of other products referred to by this name. These products come from organic apiaries, where no chemicals are allowed to be used to control bee diseases. What's more, beekeepers are not allowed to set up hives near so-called "industrial" fruit tree plantations. and the hives must be made of natural building material such as wood, straw or clay.

All bee products, especially organic products are a chance to reduce the tendency to allergies and sensitivities, improve the condition of the body, develop natural immunity to fight colds.

There are 4 types of organic honey in 300 g: multifloral, lime, acacia and honeydew.

It comes from nectar collected by bees from various plants, both cultivated and growing in meadows or forests. It has a light cream color, sometimes tea-colored. It crystallizes fairly quickly, turning light gray or light brown. It is characterized by a rather strong odor, resembling that of wax, and its taste depends on the mixture of nectars brought to the hive.

Spring multifloral honey is made from the entire bouquet of spring flowers. It has a light cream color and a mild flavor. Depending on where the bees collected it, the gourmand's sense of smell and palate can detect the aroma of dandelion, raspberry blossom or rapeseed blossom.

Multi-flower honey contains a lot of simple sugars: glucose and fructose. It is recommended for allergy sufferers, those allergic to pollen and those suffering from hay fever. This honey is not allergenic. Its medicinal qualities depend on the plants from which the bees collected nectar.

It is especially recommended for the prevention of allergic diseases, as it contains pollen, which acts as antigens. Country of origin: Romania
