Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica L.) - has been widely used for a long time. Has a beneficial effect on elimination functions, especially the removal of excess water from the body.

Ingredients:

Green tea (35%), dandelion root with herb (20%),nettle leaf (13%), peppermint leaf, yarrow herb (10%), chamomile basket, lemon balm leaf.

Directions for preparation:

pour a glass of boiling water over 1 sachet. Pour it under a lid for about 5-10 minutes. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers.

A portion recommended for consumption during the day:

Use 1 bag 3 times daily. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Store in a dry place at room temperature, out of the reach of small children.
