Iron powder, water, salt, activated charcoal, vermiculite.

Action

PYRALGINA TERMO HOT is effective for up to 14 hours with an optimal warming effect for up to 12 hours. In the inner layer of the plaster after activation (opening the package) an exothermic reaction occurs (heat release) due to slow oxidation of powdered iron.

The plaster does not release any substances to the outside, only heat.

The patch is for single use only and can be applied externally to the skin or to cotton underwear directly on the body (especially recommended for people with sensitive skin, the elderly and in situations where the temperature is too high).

The patch does not interfere with daily activities. You can freely put on clothes and function normally.

Indications

PYRALGINA TERMO HOT is a warming plaster, which effectively and naturally relaxes deep muscles, bringing relief to the pain of the back, arms, cross, neck, tendons, as well as in case of rheumatic pain.

How to use the medical device

1. Carefully open the package with the patch (start at the marked, puffed area).

2. Remove the plaster from the package immediately before use.

3. Remove the tape securing the adhesive surface of the plaster and apply the plaster to the affected area immediately on cotton underwear adhering to the skin or on dry and clean skin.

4. The plaster will warm up gradually but pleasantly to a comforting temperature of about 50°C (maximum temperature of about 55°C).

5. The length of time you apply the patch should be selected individually to ensure the best therapeutic effect. However, the plaster should not be used in the same place for too long.

6. If necessary, another patch may be applied to the same site after 24 hours.

7. The patch stays in place and is easy to remove. The patch may be used alone or in combination with pain medication. If you are in pain, apply the patch only to cotton underwear.

8. If you experience heavy sweating, remove the patch.

Contraindications and precautions

✔Improper use of the patch can cause damage to the skin. To prevent the risk of burns, follow the instructions and observe how the patch works.

✔People with particularly sensitive skin and the elderly should only use the plaster on cotton underwear and not directly on the skin.

✔You should not put a lot of pressure on the plaster while using it, e.g. with a belt, rubber bandage or lying down on a heating plaster (even in bed).

✔ Allow air to flow over the plaster. Avoid direct exposure of the patch to the sun.

Do not use

✔in areas where the skin is particularly sensitive, around the arm pits and groin

✔ in people who cannot remove it themselves (e.g. the elderly, disabled or infirm) unless a responsible adult supervises the application

✔ people who are bedridden or have a tendency to skin ulcers

✔ in people who are unable to feel heat: for example, who have a reduced sensation on certain body surfaces

✔ immediately after an injury - heat can increase swelling or cause a haematoma to grow

✔ simultaneously in places where topical medications (ointments, creams, gels), warming preparations such as those containing capsaicin, camphor oil and other heat sources such as heating pads and other devices emitting infrared radiation have been applied
