Qualitative and quantitative composition
1g of the product contains 1 g of Quercus robur L., Quercus petraea (Matt.) Liebl. and Quercus pubescens Willd., cortex (oak bark)
Indications for use:
Traditional herbal medicinal product for use in adults and the elderly
- in the symptomatic treatment of mild diarrhea,
- in the symptomatic treatment of mild inflammation of the skin, mucous membranes of the mouth and throat,
- in relieving symptoms of itching and burning associated with hemorrhoidal disease, after a doctor has ruled out serious conditions.
Dosage
Traditionally, the following regimen of use is used
Adults and elderly: For the symptomatic treatment of mild diarrhea: brew half a tablespoon (about 3 g) of bark with boiling water (250 ml) for 10 minutes, strain. Use 3 times a day
For the symptomatic treatment of mild inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat: pour 1 tablespoon (about 5 g) of bark over water (250 ml), boil for 5 minutes, let stand for 15 minutes, strain. Use to rinse the mouth and throat several times a day
For the symptomatic treatment of mild inflammation of the skin. to relieve itching and burning associated with hemorrhoidal disease: pour 1 tsp (about 5 g) of bark over water (1 l), boil for 5 minutes, let stand for 15 minutes, strain. Use for a bath (bath time 20 minutes). Use one full or partial bath per day. Use topically several times a day for skin washes and poultices
Method of administration
The product is intended for oral administration, on the skin and on the oral mucosa.
Children and adolescents
Not recommended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
Duration of use
For the symptomatic treatment of mild diarrhea, do not use for more than 3 days
For the symptomatic treatment of mild inflammation of the skin, mucous membranes of the mouth and throat, relief of itching and burning associated with hemorrhoidal disease, do not use longer than 1 week

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance (oak bark)
Do not use on open wounds, large damaged or infected parts of the skin or mucous membranes
