Properties of the ingredients

Potassium and magnesium participate in normal neuromuscular conduction and in the mechanism of muscle contraction. Both elements are important electrolytes, an adequate supply of which is particularly necessary during intense exercise and fluid loss. Potassium - through its influence on normal smooth muscle function - also participates in maintaining normal blood pressure. Zinc helps maintain the acid-alkaline balance in the body. Chromium contributes to maintaining normal blood glucose levels. Iron, vitamins B6, B12 participate in energy metabolism and reduce the effects of fatigue. In addition, vit. B6 and B12 - enable the production of red blood cells, and iron enables the transport of oxygen through the blood.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet daily after a meal, sipping generously. Tablet may be divided for easier swallowing. Do not use on an empty stomach. For long-term use (more than 1 month), ½ tablet per day is recommended.

Warnings

Consult a doctor in case of: hypertension and other cardiovascular or renal diseases, peptic ulcer disease; with frequent use of anti-inflammatory drugs. Do not combine with other preparations containing potassium. Not recommended for use in children.
