Nervosol K is a herbal medicinal product traditionally used as a sedative in mild states of nervous tension.
Composition:
Active substances: valerian root(Valerianae radix),melissa herb (Melissae herba),angelica root(Angelicae radix), hop cone (Lupuli strobilus), lavender flower (Lavendulae flos).
1 ml of the liquid contains 1 ml of complex extract (1:2) of valerian root, melissa herb, angelica root, hop cone and lavender flower (5:5:4:3:3), extractant: ethanol 60% (v/v). Ethanol content in the product 50-57% (v/v). 5 ml of liquid (1 teaspoon) corresponds to a dose of 0.375 g Lupuli flore and 0.625 gValerianaeradice.
Dosage:
Always take this medicine exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: a single dose of 2-5 ml of liquid (equivalent to 44-110 drops or about 1/2-1 teaspoon of liquid) 1-3 times daily.
- Administer orally.
- It is not recommended to take longer than 7 days.
Indications:
Nervosol K is traditionally used as a sedative for mild nervous tension.
Contraindications:When not to use Nervosol K
- in case of hypersensitivity to any of the preparation components.
- in children younger than 12 years of age.
- in patients with alcoholism, liver disease or epilepsy.
Undesirable effects:
Like all medicines, this medicine may cause side effects, although not everyone will experience them.
Unknown frequency:
- skin hypersensitivity to sunlight.
Warnings and Precautions:
- Avoid exposure to sunlight after using this product.
- A single 5ml dose contains 2.25g of ethanol, equivalent to 57ml of beer or 24ml of wine.
- Store in a closed container at a temperature not exceeding 25oC.
- Keep out of reach of children
Use of other drugs:
Tell your doctor about all the medicines you are currently or recently taking and any medicines you plan to take.
Nervosol K may interact with:
- other sedative and sleeping medicines.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use.
Application of the drug in children and adolescents
Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
Driving and operating machinery:
It is not recommended to drive or operate machinery after taking the drug for about 2 hours.
