At Polka Health & Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

The 30-day period begins on the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging (if the product is sealed).
  • The item must be unused and in sellable condition.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products (skincare, makeup, fragrances, haircare, etc.)
  • Products that have been opened, tested, or have had the seal broken
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such)
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@polka-hebe.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you (including return shipping in most cases).

Return Process

1. Contact us at info@polka-hebe.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3. Ship the item back to: 2719 East Allegheny Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19134

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size/color (if available). Please follow the same return process above.

Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or for excessive returns.
