Polka Health & Beauty ships all orders using Shopify Shipping. We offer shipping via UPS and USPS, depending on the destination, package weight, and product type. We ship only to addresses within the continental United States.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Orders under $74.99 — Flat rate shipping of $7.99.
Orders of $75.00 and above — Free standard shipping.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use the following carriers:

UPS Ground
USPS Ground Advantage (formerly USPS Parcel Select Ground)

The system automatically selects the most suitable and cost-effective carrier at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

UPS Ground: 2–7 business days
USPS Ground Advantage: 2–8 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods (holidays, sales), processing time may be slightly longer.

Shipping Restrictions – Excluded Territories

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to:

Hawaii
Alaska
Puerto Rico
U.S. Virgin Islands
American Samoa
Guam
Northern Mariana Islands
Marshall Islands
Micronesia
Palau
Any APO/FPO/DPO or military addresses

Special Shipping Requirements for Certain Products

Some cosmetic products (such as aerosols, perfumes, nail polish, hairspray, or other flammable or pressurized items) are classified as hazardous materials.

Due to transportation safety regulations, these products can only be shipped via Ground transport (UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage). We cannot offer expedited or air shipping on orders containing such items.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the UPS or USPS website or directly in your Shopify customer account.
