A unique preparation for fast falling asleep and healthy, restful sleep. Also works well in states of stress, fatigue and after physical exertion.
Ingredients:
lactose; magnesium carbonate; dry hops extract; magnesium oxide; dry lemon balm extract; dry passionflower (Passionflower) extract; melatonin; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); anti-caking agent: talc; potato starch.

Ingredient properties:

Magnesium, vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the maintenance of normal mental functions.
Melatonin it helps in shortening the time needed for falling asleep.
Recommended daily intake:
Adults: 2 tablets approximately 1 hour before bedtime.
